Delivery status - updated on March 20th, 2020

Due to the public health policies currently in place to control the transmission of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), orders could be delayed.

As of March 20th, shipping times can be met in all the regions served. The delivery of your orders may be delayed by one or two days compared to what is expected. 

The MARAMBRA support team will keep delivery projections updated as new information is made available. 

We apologize for any inconvenience and want you to be assured we are working as hard as possible to have your order delivered as quickly as possible.

Europe: 2-7 business days (+ 2/3 workingdays)
Asia:     7-12 business days  (+ 2/3 workingdays)
USA, Canada: 7-12 business days (+ 2/3 workingdays)
Australia, New Zealand: 10-15 business days (+ 2/3 workingdays)
We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
We reserve up to 20 business days for delivery. (not including weekends and public holidays).
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
