Important Information to Consider Before Making a Purchase

By making a purchase from us, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Ensuring the Right Product Fit: It is crucial that you are completely confident that the item you choose meets your requirements. If you have any doubts or questions, please reach out to us before making a purchase to confirm the details.

  2. Accurate Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is current and correct. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages resulting from an incorrect address provided by you. Your signature upon delivery will indicate acceptance of responsibility for the package and its contents. We are not liable for errors in delivery made by the carrier. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we are unable to re-ship it. If you still wish to purchase the undeliverable items, you can place a new order on our website.

  3. Representational Images: All product photographs on our website serve as representational images unless otherwise specified. While we strive to make our products as closely resembling the images as possible, the use of natural materials makes it impossible to replicate the exact appearance depicted on the website. Variations in color, shape, and bead sequence may occur due to the handmade nature of the items using natural gemstones.

  4. Returns and Warranty: If you are unsatisfied with the original condition of your purchased item, you may return the unused item within 7 days from the receipt date for a refund or replacement, excluding postage costs (£1.99 / £3.49). To qualify for a refund or replacement, the item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and include all attached tags and stickers. Used merchandise cannot be returned or refunded. Our amber products come with a 90-day warranty against manufacturer's defects from the date of receipt. We will repair or replace the item if it fails within this period, excluding damage caused by abuse or normal wear. We do not offer repairs for worn jewelry, and accidental damage is not covered by our warranty. Lost jewelry will not be replaced, and replacements and refunds are not available after 90 days.

  5. Refund Processing Time: You can expect to receive your refund within one week of returning the package. This timeframe includes the transit time for us to receive the return (3 to 7 business days), process the return (1 to 3 business days), and your bank's processing time for the refund request (4 to 7 business days). The buyer is responsible for the return costs of any items (including broken or damaged items and replacements). Postage prices are non-refundable. Returns will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping and Delivery:

We gladly serve international customers from all countries worldwide. When shipping items, we use various carriers. For more details on our shipping procedures, please refer to the information below.

  • Order Dispatch Time: The usual time between placing an order and dispatching it is 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the order date. (During the period of September to March, order processing time may be longer due to increased demand.)

  • Delivery Fee: We offer Economy Shipping for free, and Registered Airmail for EUR 4.50. Please note that Economy shipping does not include tracking after the package has been handed to the carrier in the destination country/region.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery time for most shipments is 5-12 business days once dispatched. However, delivery times may be longer depending on the destination, local customs clearance, or major public holidays
